tamidonWow, a mistake made something great. The strawberries were so juicy that once I macerated them they gave off alot of syrup. Alot of syrup. So I cooked it down into this really intense strawberry syrup that would be great on pancakes, or splashed into seltzer. 9 Jars of the stuff, dunno if anyone else is going to get any of it
