Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, now I get it. The hazards of reading my LJ backward.
Hot tub is On the List for my house, too, one of these days. Probably a couple of years away, though; next year the project will be replacing the rest of the windows in the house (I'm replacing half of them, and the sliding glass door with French doors, this year), and replacing the roof and adding solar panels and a rain capture system and cistern is always there when the time arrives that the roof needs serious repair. Not to mention replacing the water heater. But it *is* on the list. :-)
