So, I was wondering...I really like making my jams, and i make quite nice ones. They're labor intensive as I don't use pectins,meaning less sugar,more flavor,and alot more labour. So, what would you pay for an 8oz jar of various jams,using local fruit as much as possible?

Also, 16 oz salsas?
