there is a man in my basement clanging about using bad words like"blockage" and "replacement valves". It's also still damn cold here. Just when I thought we had made it thru the holidays in good shape. Thank god for the woodstove or we would have had to pay 100$/hour for emergency service to get help over the weekend.
