rikibeth is working a new job at Tango Restaurant in CT. Italian with Argentinian flair.(?) She's posting interesting updates on what it's like working a dessert line in a busy restaurant. I like that she's being allowed to let her imagination out a little bit...avocado mousse with orange cake:-) .
