Well,I had these oranges

My in laws gave us a case of oranges from a church fundraiser
My Mum asked for some marmalade
so, yesterday was Buddha's Hand and kumquat
Today I made 5 jars Meyer Lemon marmalade
and 11 jars Sweet Orange Ginger marmalade

drooool. i love marmalade, and i love tart citrus, but i've never had lemon marmalade. i totally want this now. it must be sweet sunshine in a sticky jar.

Meyer lemon is interesting,Lemon orange cross I think and it tastes like a sweet lemon

and oddly enough I don't like marmalade, much like I don't like pickles either and make qts and qts

It's good you make that stuff anyway - oh man, the things I didn't have until I was an adult because my parents didn't like it!

Have you found a good source online for various sized/shaped cheap jars in large quantity? I am going to have help in the garden this year so am planning on bumping up the amount I preserve.
