I hate to be a vulture, but is it a recipe you can share? I love peanut sauces, but don't have a top recipe for one. I do for a dip, which everyone is always surprised they like and refreshingly different from the ubiquitous french onion or ranch. i never outgrew eating celery and peanut butter :)

mine's more a stirfry/sate type sauce. The amount is large to scale up all the ingredients package sizes

1can tahini(1#)
2 cans coconut milk
1 can thai red curry paste(4 oz)
3C peanut butter

whisk all this together and then add to taste:

fish sauce(1-2T)
seasoned rice vinaegar (1/4C)

bring to a bubble and add water if too thick for what you want to use it for. Let cool and then freeze

Cool, thanks!! Sounds really yummy. That will help me use up tahini faster too. I'm the only one here who eats hummus.

I hate having half full cans of anything in my fridge so I did this recipe to make sure that doesn't happen. However this leads to alot of sauce. It does come out rather thick at first and you need to thin it out with water if it's gonna get cooked more

Sounds good, minus the fish sauce for me. :)
