It was true way back then, and even truer today. Which is why I am not looking forward to my trip in August:

Columbus, Phoenix, San Francisco, Newark, Tel Aviv, Frankfurt, Philadelphia, Columbus.

Got to take though, as my swimming these days is not what it used to be ;-)

Unfortunately, it is all standby, and if I am lucky, also jump seat. Can't afford to buy a full fare ticket for what is basically a non-business trip. So I am giving myself a few extra days to get there.
