just as the other gets up

"Mrs. Amidon, we have Alyssa here, she just threw up"

Luckily this is not norovirus, just some quick thing.Adira had one episode and felt fine within 24 hours, Alyssa already feels fine and has no fever, leading me to wonder if she just had food issues of some sort.

How very interesting. Both K and L had something like this - one incident of vomiting, some queasy stomach and a relatively quick recovery. In both cases we had some suspicion of something they'd eaten or how they ate.

Hope this is over quickly for you.

This is going around. Josh had it last week. 12 to 24 hours at most. It probably is a mutated form of the nora. The horror stories about that are almost exclusively about toddlers, who are easily dehydrated.

It was already making its way around Florida when we were there at the end of January. Probably came in off of the cruise ships.

I'm sorry and I'm glad it's not serious.
