The dreaded school music concert

I swear, I should get F*&^% hazard pay sometimes

Did they really have to start with "kum Ba Ya"? Or was that to make sure we all knew it was about to be the most miserable hour of our lives, that the amazing performance of our star quality(tho in my case,rythym deprived)children completely overshadowed by the bad singing and poor behavior of everyone else's kids?

And the solo performances at the end? Some pretty talented kids doing Mozart and Bach interspersed with a few violin screeches of Frere Jaques,Pop goes the Weasel, and not 1 but 2 performances of the theme to Star Wars.
