I'm on a couple of Freecycle lists, and one is blowing up right now. Someone got a letter from a respondent,someone who was seriously upset because the poster had not chosen the respondent, even tho the respondent knows that she was the first to try to claim the item. How does she know this? She's a moderator and held back the item for a while so she could respond first to get it first, and it's not fair that she's not getting it since first come first served should be the rule.
