Musical petting zoo

My inlaws had the girls for a week, and took them camping and all sorts of place. They went to Tanglewood, a place they go to alot, since sing with a chorale group there every summer and feste_sylvain's brother sings with the Boston Pops and the Tanglewood chorus. There was a "Musical instruments petting zoo" there and the kids got to try out all the instruments they wanted to. Lucky for us, Adira has now decided that instead of the drums she wants to play clarinet. Even luckier, my brother-in-law's wife is a professional clarinetist and can help us find a good used clarinet. Unfortunately she doesn't know anyone who teaches kids so I have to find one myself.

Talk to Marina about that. David started clarinet about a year ago and he is quite accomplished already. He played at Papa's 100 year birthday and it was impressive. Obviously, he must have a good teacher.

They live way too far away. I find that it's easier to blow off stuff if it takes too long to get there. There are 2 good music schools in out area, but thanks.

That's odd, no one else seems to have that problem
