I'm annoyed

The whole Bagel Butler debacle has me annoyed. Today I was driving past it to go to Trader Joe's when I see the laudnry guy in his truck outside the shop. I stop to find out why he's here and it turns out that their contract wasn't canceled and no one had arranged for them to pick up their stuff. I let the guy in to pick up the aprons and cloths, but am irritated that for a month now he's been coming to the store and billing the store for his services(rightfully so, not his fault no one told him we were shut). Just another example of mismanegment thru neglect.

And I specifically left a note telling them they had to cancel specific services, including bread delivery, laundry and newspaper among others. Sheesh.

I hope at least they cleared the FOOD out of the cases, unlike Michaele...

we don't have a linen service at the new place -- we have a washer and dryer, household models just about exactly like my own. So I ran a couple of loads of towels today.
