I notice many of us have similar tastes

1: really good chocolate mousse,no whipped cream or gelatin shit in it, just eggs, butter and really good chocolate, maybe a small amount of liquor, not too much
2:Pad Thai, my favorite food when sick, as long as it's fresh and not greasy
3: creamy cheeses like St. Andre or really good Brie, on crackers since I can't really eat bread anymore.
4: High quality Ice Cream, most especially Tosci's burnt caramel
5:Pasta Carbonara
6:really good stews or braises

I've been thinking about using my crock pot more (tho with the attack of pantry moths, I'm afraid of my kitchen! its too small for me and the moths!) to cook braised meats... I'll have to try it and see. :)

I ate a Hell of a lot of pad thai on the street in Bangkok. And Mandarin orange juice. Mmmm.
