a possible plan

So ,as I was saying, I'ld like to do alot of canning this year. I find it really satisfying, and i think my jams are pretty good. This of course leads to get rid of them. Selling individual jars to my friends and flist would end up costing more on gas per jar then the contents, so i came up with a possible plan. Instead of buying 1 jar people can buy 10, for 50$ a box,of any combination of 8oz jams, 16oz salsas and apple sauces, or 32oz jars of pickles and tomato sauce. The ingredients as much as possible from local farms(lime juice for salsa not grown local, obviously) with the caveat that I just can't spring for organic sugar(I'ld have to jump up to 7-8$ a jar for that). If you check out the canning tag for my journal you can see what jams and salsas I've done in past years.
So, does this sound workable? Would you be interested(with no expectation of a commitment now) in something like this? I'm also looking into doing some farmstand work, and offering the csa X amount of salsa jars for all his excess tomatoes,etc...but my friends always ask if they can buy them and I tried to think of a way to make it possible.
