tamidon20 jars(15qts,5pts) of pretty good tomato sauce.
I added a bottle of wine and loads of onion and garlic powder. When making sauce you don't add fresh garlic or onion because that can mess with the ph balance(and kill your family) unless you have a pressure canner.i really want a pressure canner.
