taught the middle schoolers to make roux, then white sauce, then cheese sauce, then cheesy broccoli and chicken sauce, all in one pot on an underpowered griddle.Seriously need better equipment if we're going any farther. The school nurse stopped me and wants to hook me up with the homeschooling collective she's got her teenager in with to start teaching the kids basic cooking. It looks like this could turn into something for me, if I get them and a few continuing ed programs to front me.
