Apple cider syrup/jelly

we'll see how jellied it sets, but I'm not bothered either way, I prefer it syrupy.
Works great at adding flavor to apple pies in winter,lamb stews, or even on top of pancakes if you're the kind of freak who doesn't like real maple syrop
