this is what a clssical culinary education gets you

The kids both volunteered me to make something for their respective spanish classes.Dulce du leche, on it's own, makes a crap cupcake frosting, too sticky,but mix 2 blocks of cream cheese and one can of dulce and you get a lovely, fluffy frosting.
I've also been volunteered for 2 other things this week.
