This is mainly talking to myself
but if something seems off about my plans let me know

early spring:

organize basement
organize garage
set aside part of garage for crap that needs to be tossed that can't go in garbage bins
Craigslist or freecycle the sofa, maybe the armchair that needs fixing

Late spring:

Yard work,cut down or yank shrubs,clear paths,find plant beds again,maybe cut down peach tree
Replace plowed mailbox
Prep walls for painting

Summer:

paint Alyssa and Adiras' bedrooms
paint hallways,maybe get the family room painted too
Towel racks in bathrooms


Fall:

replace floors in adira's room,family room

I recommend reading Organizing From the Inside Out by Julie Morgenstern before you start any organizing project. It'll make the work you do more effective and sustainable.
