My friends jumped up to offer frequent flyer miles to get me there.

Sorry, for all the 9 million miles I have flown over the years, I don't have a single frequent flyer mile to my name.... but there are other ways I can pitch in.. just let me know. It will cost you a copy of the El Bulli cook book.
