A sale on veal shoulder chops lead me to be inspired to make a traditional Blanquette de Veau.I'm sorry, but this is boring. Not bad, just boring.

i want to hear what you do make with it that isnt boring. veal is a meat I dont cook with much.

as my dad mentioned, osso buco is wonderful, almost any stew is good, great with middle eastern flavors like preserved lemon and zatar,roasted is great too.
