Oh my

So, I've always been a fan of the boiling can method for making Dulce de leche, but I decided to make the real stuff today since i had some extra milk I needed to use. OMG, that's amazing stuff. I used a recipe that uses a vanilla bean, scraped, and the milk got deeply caramelized and complex in flavours. It's so wonderful...unfortunately I have 2.5 pts of the stuff and it's gonna be hard to not eat it all myself
