Pumpkin Kibbeh

pale_chartreuse made for last night,including myself,so I'm posting the recipe,mainly for my own benefit.
375d oven
2 cups pumpkin
1C cracked bulgur wheat,soaked in boiling water and drained
2t salt
1/2t black pepper
1t coriander
1t allspice
3/4t cumin
1/4t cayenne
1 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2c flour
olive oil for cooking
parsley or mint for garnish
place first 10 ingredients in food processor
pulse until thoroughly blended
taste for seasoning
add a little flour if too moist
grease and 8" sq. pan with olive oil
pour mixture into pan
top with 1T oil on top and smooth
mark top with knife into serving squares and bake for 20-25 minutes until surface looks dry
let cool and serve
