I just got a call from the girls' school. All Littleton school,public and private, are in lockdown, meaning no drop off or pick up until notified, because the police got an anonymous tip that a student in an unidientified Littleton school has a gun and might use it. I think I'll just sit here and reason to myself why I shouldn't be worried.

Well, that wasn't funny

Apparently it was a hoax. The caller to the police said that her son had gone to school with multiple guns and then hung up. They haven't found the person, but I understand why the police got tough about it.
