It's up to you if it stays that way or not. I have a cell phone which I only use on the rare occasions I leave the house. Only two poeple know the number, my wife and my 101 years old father-in-law. It's been that way for almost a year and I see no reason to give the number to anyone else. If what they call about is important, they will call back later.
