Thank The Gods I Do This For A Living

I go check out 30boxes and find out I committed to send in a dessert to a teachers luncheon...tomorrow.Thankfully I have the ingredients in the house to make chocolate mousse...except for eggs, but the convenience store has those.1/3 an hour later we're good to go.
